About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer who has hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and deploy Gen AI solutions using LLMs and RAG architectures.
Build and optimize AI pipelines using LangChain and other relevant frameworks.
Design and train Machine Learning models for various use cases.
Implement retrieval systems using vector databases and embeddings.
Work with Python and SQL to handle data processing, querying, and model integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design.
Optimize AI performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
Document AI workflows, model architectures, and implementation processes.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI, LLMs, and ML technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and LangChain.
Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and model training.
Experience with API integration and deployment of AI models.
Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
Experience working with Hugging Face models & fine-tuning.
Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD).
Understanding of prompt engineering and model optimization.
Experience in chatbot development or conversational AI.
