About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join the growth team at MLAI Digital. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B sales, enterprise outreach, lead qualification, and consultative selling.
The ISR will be responsible for initiating conversations with potential clients, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent outreach and engagement activities.
This role offers hands-on exposure to AI-driven enterprise solutions, international business markets, and modern B2B sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements and opportunity potential.
Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and product demos for the senior sales team.
Maintain CRM hygiene and regularly update lead status, activities, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team to share campaign insights and improve lead quality.
Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospects and decision-makers.
Support pipeline-building activities for enterprise AI and digital transformation solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Interest in B2B sales, business development, and enterprise technology solutions.
Ability to confidently engage with prospects through calls and emails.
Comfortable handling rejection while maintaining consistency and follow-up discipline.
Good organizational and relationship-building abilities.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, Excel, and outreach platforms is an advantage.
