About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join the growth team at MLAI Digital. This role is ideal for professionals who want to grow their career in B2B sales, enterprise solution consulting, and revenue-driven business development.
The Senior ISR will take ownership of the complete sales pipeline from prospecting and lead qualification to client engagement and deal closure. The role requires strong consultative selling abilities, relationship management skills, and the confidence to engage with business decision-makers across enterprise organizations.
This role offers hands-on exposure to AI-driven enterprise solutions, international markets, and high-value B2B sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, and closing opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls, client consultations, and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
Understand client pain points and develop tailored solution-based sales approaches.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Handle client objections effectively and drive decision-making conversations.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to improving internal sales processes and workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to confidently engage with CXOs, managers, and enterprise decision-makers.
Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or technology consulting environments.
Strong objection-handling and relationship-building capabilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and consistent follow-up discipline.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and sales tracking platforms is preferred.
Interest in AI, enterprise technology, and digital transformation solutions is an advantage.
